Description
Microsoft's Global Workplace Services is hiring a Real Estate Data Analyst to own the day-to-day data-management and data-quality function for its corporate real estate portfolio. The role consolidates data validation, cleansing, reference-data maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting, with supporting analytics and dashboards in Power BI. It partners with data, systems, technology, finance, procurement, and portfolio teams to improve data accuracy, automate validation and error correction, and support scenario planning and transaction reporting. The position requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis, with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and corporate real estate systems experience preferred.
