Description
CASA of Oregon is hiring a full-time Real Estate Development Program Manager to develop and oversee multi-family, single-family, and community facility projects from predevelopment through lease-up. The role coordinates project sponsors, architects, builders, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders; analyzes project feasibility; manages budgets, contracts, construction, financing, approvals, timelines, and property-management documents; and supports community outreach, surveys, fundraising, and general office operations. The position requires at least three years of real estate development or affordable housing and construction project experience, a driver’s license and reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to rural areas.
