Enterprise is hiring a Real Estate Development, Sr. Manager to oversee three to four multifamily housing developments from feasibility and acquisition through financing, design, construction, leasing, close-out, and stabilization. The role manages development teams, budgets, schedules, permits, lender and investor relations, and professional consultants while supporting senior staff and board materials. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of multifamily development experience, affordable housing experience, complex financing knowledge, and proficiency with Word and Excel. The position offers a base salary of $105,000 to $116,000 per year and includes dental, health, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
