Description
Regency Centers is seeking a Real Estate Intern for its Bethesda, Maryland regional office during the summer of 2027. The internship provides approximately 40 hours per week in person, for about 8 weeks, with exposure to leasing, property operations, investments, and construction or development. Interns will assist with tenant sourcing, deal analysis, market research, property visits, due diligence, and development monitoring, while shadowing experienced professionals and completing a final project. Applicants must be currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior at an accredited four-year college or university, maintain a GPA of at least 3.0, express interest in commercial real estate, and have intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and AI-tool proficiency. The internship pays $22 per hour, and Regency Centers does not sponsor employment-based immigration petitions.
