Description
The APAC Corporate Real Estate Manager will lead and manage real estate operations for STMicroelectronics across the Asia-Pacific region, including portfolio and lease management, office optimization, regional stakeholder collaboration, budget oversight, project management, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in real estate or a related field, at least five years of corporate real estate experience, and strong commercial leasing, financial analysis, negotiation, communication, and change-management skills.
