Description
The Real Estate Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation and profitability of a commercial property, including tenant relations, property maintenance, vendor coordination, building-system control, inspections, budgeting, financial reporting, rent collection, and client communication. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of commercial property management experience, along with strong communication, computer, customer service, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
