Description
The Real Estate Manager will independently manage and operate complex commercial properties, structure and control real estate projects, draft and negotiate lease and purchase agreements, prepare investment calculations such as DCF models, create decision memos, and manage leases end to end. The role requires a degree in real estate management or comparable real estate agent training, several years of real estate industry experience, strong MS Office, German, and English skills, and a structured, independent, assertive working style.
