Description
The Real Estate Processor III manages mortgage loan files from receipt through closing, coordinating borrowers, sales staff, underwriters, closers, and third-party vendors. The role reviews and verifies documentation, maintains Encompass pipeline milestones, responds to inquiries, supports compliance and audit readiness, and escalates potential member-harm or fairness concerns. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of real estate lending experience, knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and Texas Home Equity lending requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Encompass; a bachelor's degree or related coursework is preferred. The position is performed on-site at the TML Corporate Office.
