Description
The Professional Development Consultant supports experienced real estate professionals through 1:1 coaching, group and cohort facilitation, and strategic content development. The role also serves as a regional liaison to field leaders, shares agent-development insights, and collaborates with other CIH brand professional-development teams to maintain consistent messaging and onboarding experiences. Candidates need at least three years of experience in agent development, performance coaching, brokerage enablement, or similar work, along with knowledge of the real estate lifecycle, strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
