Description

LMI is seeking experienced Real Estate Review Appraisers to act as subject matter experts for appraisal reviews related to right-of-way acquisitions, easements, and partial takings. The role involves ensuring appraisal products comply with Federal standards, USPAP, and UASFLA. Candidates should hold MAI or ARA designations, a Certified General Real Property Appraiser license, and demonstrate experience reviewing complex appraisal assignments for federally funded infrastructure projects.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8–10 years of progressively responsible real estate appraisal experience
at least 3 years in review appraisal for federal land acquisition projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Federal or State agency experience with right of way acquisition programs.
Experience coordinating with legal counsel, engineers, and acquisition specialists.
Knowledge of federal land acquisition regulations and relocation assistance programs.
Prior service as a review appraiser for federal land acquisition, corridor or large-scale infrastructure projects.
