Showami is seeking licensed real estate agents in Reading and surrounding areas to serve as home-showing agents. The role involves scheduling and conducting property showings, coordinating with buyers, listing agents, and sellers, accessing listings through the MLS, and using ShowingTime. Agents must hold a current real estate license, have MLS access, experience showing homes in the greater Reading area, and be able to use electronic lockboxes. Compensation is an average of $32 per home shown, with potential earnings of up to $50 per showing and tips, and the work is flexible and available as a side gig.
