KitchenPark is hiring a Real Estate Sourcer to source and evaluate properties for smart-kitchen developments across the UAE. The role involves contacting landlords and local authorities, negotiating with developers, conducting market research, preparing financial models and feasibility studies, supporting investment memoranda, monitoring economic and regulatory trends, and collaborating with finance, legal, and development teams. The position is based in the Dubai office and requires onsite work five days a week.
