CACI is hiring a full-time Real-Time Operations Controller for a 24/7/365 crew that monitors ground equipment and services in an automated planning and scheduling system. The role includes maintaining system health, rescheduling interrupted services, supporting upgrades and maintenance, monitoring performance and mission processing, performing remote diagnostics, coordinating with engineering and subsystem experts, and supporting payload operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination, TS/SCI clearance with a minimum polygraph, willingness to work 12-hour shifts, and knowledge of radio frequency spectrums, satellite infrastructure, and networking. The proposed salary range is $78,700 to $165,200, with up to 25% travel to the Continental United States.
