The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, hands-on experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, and strong team leadership and cross-departmental communication skills. The schedule is primarily overnight, with night shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours, and frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required, with the associate based out of a home store. The annual salary range is $60,000.
