Walmart is hiring a Store Realty Project Coach to lead cross-functional projects involving realty and space management, project management, store design, data analysis, and operational decision-making. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and hands-on experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, along with strong team leadership and cross-departmental communication skills. The position is primarily overnight, with night shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours, and requires frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home, including 80% time away from home or 17–21 days at a time. The annual salary range is $60,000.
