Weir Group is hiring a Rebuild Supervisor in Beresfield, NSW on-site to lead and support a team of fitters in safely and efficiently repairing, maintaining, and rebuilding Weir equipment in the Service Centre and at customer sites. The role combines hands-on leadership with operational responsibility across estimating, quoting, planning, scheduling, workshop and field service execution, customer communication, and safety and quality compliance. The position requires trade-qualified fitter experience, leadership capability, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong coordination skills.
