Upper Canada Child Care is hiring a full-time Registered Early Childhood Educator or equivalent to work a split shift in its before- and after-school program at St. Vincent de Paul CES in Bradford. The role delivers play-based, inquiry-based care and learning, supports children’s physical and developmental needs, maintains program documentation, collaborates with families and professionals, and provides guidance to assistant educators and student teachers. Candidates need an early childhood education diploma or approved equivalency, a vulnerable-sector police check, CPR-C and first aid certification, and experience with inquiry/play-based program design and pedagogical documentation. The position pays $26.59–$30.39 per hour plus applicable grants and split-shift premium, and includes medical and dental benefits.
