Pavago's client is seeking a full-time, remote Receivables Support Representative responsible for managing collections, resolving billing issues, and supporting day-to-day accounts receivable operations. The role involves conducting daily collections follow-ups, tracking outstanding balances, identifying opportunities for auto-payment enrollment, and resolving billing discrepancies. The representative will communicate professionally with customers, document all interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing aging balances and improving cash flow.
