Pavago is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a full-time, fully remote Receivables Support Representative. The role manages outbound collections, past-due accounts, payment commitments, billing and invoice discrepancies, Salesforce receivables cases, customer communications, auto-pay enrollment, account documentation, reporting, and process improvement during U.S. business hours. Candidates need prior accounts receivable, collections, billing support, payment recovery, or customer account management experience, CRM experience with Salesforce preferred, strong communication, analytical, organizational, documentation, and high-volume follow-up skills.
