Description
Pavago is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a fully remote, full-time Receivables Support Representative working U.S. business hours. The role owns outbound collections, past-due account follow-up, payment recovery, billing and invoice discrepancy resolution, Salesforce case management, customer communication, documentation, auto-pay enrollment, aging-balance reduction, reporting, and process improvement. Candidates need prior accounts receivable, collections, billing support, payment recovery, or customer account management experience, CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred), strong communication, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, and the ability to manage high-volume accounts independently.
