Pavago's client is seeking a full-time, remote Receivables Support Representative to manage collections, resolve billing issues, and support day-to-day accounts receivable operations. The role involves conducting daily collections follow-ups, tracking outstanding balances, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, and managing receivables cases within Salesforce. The representative will communicate professionally with customers, document all interactions, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
