Pavago's client is seeking a full-time, remote Receivables Support Representative to manage collections, resolve billing issues, and support day-to-day accounts receivable operations. The role involves conducting daily collections follow-ups, tracking outstanding balances, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, and managing receivables cases using Salesforce. The representative will communicate professionally with customers, document all interactions, and contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at protecting company cash flow.
