Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Receivables Support Representative to support collections follow-ups, billing resolution, accounts receivable operations, and customer account management. The role involves making outbound collections calls, tracking past-due balances and payment commitments, investigating invoice and account discrepancies, managing Salesforce or similar CRM cases, documenting customer interactions, and improving billing and collections processes. Candidates need prior experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing support, customer account management, and payment follow-ups, along with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and CRM skills.
