The role involves inspecting and recording incoming materials, loading and unloading carriers, tagging containers, packaging and shipping products, building skids and cartons, operating material-handling equipment, maintaining shipment records, and supporting cycle counts. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience or training, computer literacy, strong communication and organizational skills, forklift certification or willingness to obtain it, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 100 pounds frequently.
