Description
The Food Service Receiving Associate receives, unloads, inspects, and processes food and supply deliveries; verifies inventory, completes requisition and tracking forms, resolves invoice discrepancies, handles returns, and maintains received pallets. The role also supports quality and food-safety standards, assists with safety reporting and training, and may supervise or mentor other workers. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
