BSH Youth Care is seeking committed educators for a professional recognition-year internship beginning 1 August 2027. The role supports children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families in residential and semi-residential youth welfare settings, including supervision, daily care, educational planning, crisis support, life-skills training, social-emotional development, school and vocational support, reporting, and coordinated client care under supervision. Applicants must have completed the school-based portion of educator training and demonstrate willingness to learn, empathy, organization, teamwork, and responsible independent work. The position is based in Hagen, Germany, offers remuneration under the public-sector TVöD agreement with shift allowances, training and supervision, health management, and other benefits.
