The role designs and implements scalable, fair, and explainable machine learning models for job-seeker and recruiter recommendation systems, collaborates with engineers, scientists, and product managers, and participates in the full software development lifecycle. The position requires experience with machine learning, data mining, statistical algorithms, and programming in Java, C++, Python, or a related language; a PhD in a relevant field, experimental design, and publication experience are preferred. The team is hybrid.
