Mama Money is hiring a Recon & FinOps Manager to own daily reconciliation of cross-border payments, aggregator flows, partner balances, settlements, fees, and manual wallet adjustments. The role investigates exceptions, prepares variance and FinOps reports, supports accounting and treasury, and leads automation and process improvements using data, Excel, and AI tools. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least four years of relevant payment or financial operations experience, and hands-on experience building automated assessments, workflows, or alerting systems with AI tools.
