LemFi is hiring a Financial Reconciliation Specialist to own reconciliation across its financial records, from the general ledger through bank accounts and partner settlements. The role involves resolving discrepancies, investigating unsettled and potentially fraudulent transactions, preparing financial reports, supporting customer disputes and product improvements, and maintaining relationships with banking and payments partners. It requires 3–5 years of reconciliation experience, global payment and settlement knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and reconciliation tools; fintech or financial-institution experience is preferred. The position is hybrid remote/office and operates on a rotating weekend schedule.
