Description
The Reconciliations Manager will design, implement, launch, and operate finance reconciliations for Digital Assets operations, including client transactions, liquidity providers, and banking institutions. The role reconciles data across NetSuite, Kyriba, Tres Finance, and internal ledgers; automates reconciliation workflows using AI and scripting; resolves discrepancies; produces reports; develops policies and controls; and manages the growth of the reconciliations team. The position requires at least six years of reconciliations, back office, or finance experience in the FX/CFD/crypto industry or a comparable regulated financial services environment, along with accounting or finance education, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of relevant financial systems.
