Description
Fenner Dunlop is hiring a Reconditioning Coordinator for its Homer City Services team to oversee day-to-day belt shop operations, coordinate customer and service work, supervise and develop employees, manage materials and inventory, maintain safety and quality standards, and support transportation and customer communication. The role reports to the Operations Manager, requires a high school diploma or GED, previous supervisory experience in manufacturing or services, and a valid driver's license; it also requires off-shift availability, approximately 15–30% overnight travel, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.
