The role requires restoration and project-management experience, strong scheduling and budget oversight, an established subcontractor network, client and insurance adjuster coordination, material sourcing, and negotiation of project changes. Compensation is $75,000–$100,000 with commission and bonus opportunities, plus a company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and extensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
