Description
The Reconstruction Project Manager will oversee residential, commercial, and industrial disaster-recovery projects from start to finish in Reno, Nevada. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role manages project schedules, budgets, work orders, permits, inspections, customer communications, vendors, subcontractors, and safety while coordinating with trades, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, strong planning and communication skills, customer service ability, and a valid driver's license; construction or project-management experience is desired but training is available. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000+ DOE, with paid time off, holidays, retirement matching, medical, dental, vision, and other insurance options, plus on-the-job training and a vehicle stipend.
