SERVPRO Team Miller is hiring a full-time Reconstruction Technician in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role performs small-scale fire and water damage restoration construction work, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and potentially tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Responsibilities include resolving punch-list items, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, documenting work, maintaining quality standards, inspecting sites, and managing materials and budgets. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, communication and basic math skills, and prior restoration or construction experience.
