Description
The Recordal Project Manager oversees global intellectual property recordal projects for clients, managing project schedules, documentation, compliance, correspondence, reporting, and escalations. The role develops and documents recordal automation processes, maintains recordal trackers, ensures filings meet country-specific legal requirements, and coordinates with agents, foreign associates, IP offices, and clients. It is a contract-to-hire position requiring a bachelor’s degree, strong project-management and analytical skills, and 6+ years of recordal-process and management experience; patent, trademark, or IP legal experience is preferred.
