Description
The Recovery Coach serves as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator for individuals recovering from substance use, providing outreach, education, case management, individualized service planning, coordination of community resources, documentation, and support to clients and their families. The role requires an associate degree or high school diploma with related experience, behavioral health or substance-use treatment experience, substance-free status, paraprofessional training or certification, and substantial driving and on-call availability. Compensation starts at $19.11 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
