Waythrough is hiring a permanent Recovery Coordinator for its New Vision Bradford service in Bradford. The role manages a caseload of adults affected by drug and alcohol use, completing assessments, developing recovery and treatment plans, delivering one-to-one and group psychosocial interventions, managing risk and safeguarding, coordinating with multidisciplinary partners, and supporting harm-reduction activities. The position requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, experience with therapeutic interventions, strong communication and assessment skills, and knowledge of substance misuse and harm reduction. The salary is £25,877.80–£34,240.03 per annum, with a closing date of 2026-10-13.
