Description
The Recovery House Technician at Renewal, Inc. provides safety and support to residents in a sober living environment. Responsibilities include monitoring resident activity, enforcing program guidelines, conducting security patrols and property searches, collecting and testing urinalysis samples, and collaborating with staff to foster a recovery-focused atmosphere. The role requires strong communication, ethical standards, problem-solving, and computer skills, with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and one year of related experience. An Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is preferred, along with experience in a recovery housing setting. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license and PA Act 33/Act 34 clearance are also required.
