This permanent, full-time role involves managing a caseload of individuals struggling with addiction, facilitating their progress towards sustained recovery, and reducing substance-related harm. The navigator will collaborate with various partners to ensure positive health and well-being outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in substance misuse, mental health, criminal justice, or a relevant academic background, along with case management skills.
