Description
The Recovery Program Director will plan and direct an outpatient substance abuse treatment center and the Chee-Woy-Na-Zhee Halfway House, overseeing clinical supervision, staff hiring and performance, budgets, compliance reporting, quality assurance, grants, and client care. The role provides individual and group counseling, therapeutic interviews, case management, assessments, and coordination with schools, courts, social services, and other agencies. It requires a LDAC, at least five years of job-related experience, supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, drug-test and background-check clearance, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.
