Description
The Subrogation Supervisor oversees people, processes, and performance for reporting, intake, and processing of first-party and third-party claims, including accurate documentation, routing to the Liability team or Central Recovery Unit, damage-cost and recovery documentation, customer communications, and timely claim resolution. The role supervises the collection team, manages workflows and performance goals, monitors attendance and compliance, and leads a self-audit program. It requires insurance, collections, or recovery experience, leadership and team-management skills, and knowledge of auto damage insurance, collection regulations, and applicable statutes; the position is hybrid in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with a starting salary of approximately $55,000.
