Full-time Recreation Aide needed for a skilled long-term and sub-acute care nursing facility. The role supports the Recreation Department by leading resident activities, documenting participation, coordinating with the Recreation Therapist and Program Director, posting monthly schedules, and providing meaningful one-on-one visits. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess basic computer skills, while being friendly, people-oriented, and able to work with physically and emotionally challenged residents in a stressful environment.
