Description
The Recreation Aide is an entry-level position supporting recreation programs and services across sports, outdoor recreation, youth, adult, special-event, and community activities. Responsibilities include program setup and implementation, instruction, participant supervision, equipment and facility maintenance, safety checks, customer service, attendance tracking, and reporting concerns. The role requires flexibility for indoor and outdoor work, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, pass a criminal background check, and have or obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid training within six months of hire.
