Description
The Recreation Instructor will monitor and direct students participating in center-sponsored recreational, avocation, extended-day learning, and employability activities; plan and conduct classes and programs; chaperone students; maintain a safe and clean environment; distribute mail; provide customer service; and support the Job Corps’ Zero Tolerance Policy and Career Success Standards. The role is full-time at the Joliet Job Corps Center in Joliet, Illinois, pays $18.00 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; one year of experience is preferred.
