NFI Massachusetts, Inc. is hiring a Recreation Coordinator for its secure Intensive Residential Treatment Program in Westborough, Massachusetts. The role creates safe, clinically appropriate recreational and therapeutic activities for adolescents, leads group sessions and family events, coaches youth on community resources, supports discharge planning, and collaborates with direct-care and clinical staff. Applicants need at least two years of experience working with adolescents or in a similar role, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and availability for evening and weekend hours. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with pay of $23 per hour and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
