Description
The Recreation Lead plans, organizes, executes, and supervises recreational activities and events at a KOA campground, including arts and crafts, games, sports, music, social activities, and themed weekends. The role coordinates vendors, food and beverage, equipment, staffing, safety, first aid, social media, guest service, and participant complaints, while supporting hiring and training and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and leadership skills, recreational activity knowledge, budgeting ability, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
