Description
The PT Recreation Leader assists with supervising and conducting leisure activities at an assigned park or recreation facility. Responsibilities include leading parks and recreational activities, supervising personnel and facility use, maintaining records, reporting maintenance and safety issues, collecting fees, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED, at least one year of successful parks or recreational experience, knowledge of parks and facilities, basic computer and recordkeeping skills, and the ability to work with people of various ages and group sizes.
