Cal State East Bay is hiring a full-time Recreation Programs Coordinator (Administrative Analyst Exempt I) in the East Bay to lead fitness programs, intramural sports, facility operations, equipment maintenance, safety and risk procedures, program evaluation, and student and casual-worker leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, nationally recognized personal-training or group-fitness certification, CPR/AED and first-aid certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days, and experience in fitness, intramural sports, program coordination, and college-level programming. The advertised salary range is $5,274.00 to $6,430.00 per month, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
