Description
The Rehabilitation Specialist/Therapist will establish, coordinate, and implement a balanced rehabilitation therapy program for patients in an inpatient psychiatric unit, including experiential therapy groups. The role requires professional decision-making for patient safety, knowledge and maintenance of rehabilitation and experiential equipment, supply purchasing, inventory management, and professional certification or registration. The position is part-time, 8 A.M. to 4 P.M., for 32 hours per pay period, and requires an associate degree in a relevant therapy or rehabilitation field, current CPR certification, NVCI certification within 90 days, and licensure or certification in the specialty area.
