Northwell Health is hiring a full-time, day-shift Recreational Therapist for the Psych Unit at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, Connecticut. The role evaluates, plans, directs, and administers therapeutic modalities and activities to help behavioral health patients restore function, prevent disability, and achieve their highest level of functioning. A master's degree in occupational therapy, recreation therapy, or a related field, or CTRS certification, is required; three or more years of behavioral health experience is also required. The position pays $26.48–$50.49 per hour.
